The minimum order quantity is 1 kilograms for whole & cleaned seafood products while 250 grams per fillet. some fillets are cut per 500 grams, so for that particular item, your minimum quantity should be 500 grams. Kindly see our Store policy for more details.

If the size of the seafood product you order doesn't meet your requirment, unfortunately, you cannot return it. Unless if it is a quality issue such as smell or not fresh, then we will replace it for you within 24-48 hours for free.

As of now we deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi only. Areas not mentioned are considered out of delivery coverage. However, in order to satisfy you, we could bring your order in Sharjah at evening time and you can collect it from there. Kindly contact us first before placing your order for us to do the necessary arrangement.

As we all know, perishable goods are priced according to its weight. Therefore, it is very difficult to supply as per the weight mentioned in the website (unless there's a weighing scale). There shall always be around 30-40 grams difference (either more or less). Therefore, we recommend you to pay via Cash on Delivery and pay the invoice amount given at the time of delivery. However, if you paid via credit/debit card for your order, either you will pay the difference in cash (if the actual weight is more) or we will refund you the difference in cash (if the actual weight is less)

Unfortunnately no you cannot. However, you can check our Weekly Supply option where you can select the seafood and quantity you desire, the frequency of delivery, and preferred time of delivery while you pay for the service in advance for the whole month. There will be contract signed to guarantee your rights.
